A semi-detached home built in 2003 and renovated in 2024, located in an absolutely quiet neighborhood with approximately 85 m² of living space.
The spacious living area features a living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
Two bedrooms on the first floor (1 double bed; 1 set of 2 single beds) and a bedroom in the attic with a large single bed (140x200 cm) easily accommodate 6 people.
In addition to the guest restroom on the first floor, there is a spacious shower room with a toilet and washing machine on the upper floor.
The fully enclosed, secluded garden with a large south-facing terrace is just as inviting for a cozy breakfast as it is for a relaxing evening after a sunny day at the beach.
A sauna is available in the garden for a fee.
The carport with an attached wall-mounted charging station and the additional parking space save even guests arriving separately the hassle of searching for parking, and there is a bicycle storage area.
The supermarket is right nearby.
One dog is allowed.
There is a wallbox at the property.
