Well-maintained, comfortable vacation apartment located one block back from the pedestrian zone—300 m from the pier, 700 m from the harbor/Bodden, right on the beautiful promenade in Zingst.
Lockable bike shed, beach chair, and large play area on the property. Living/dining room with kitchenette and access to the new, sheltered, fully furnished terrace (sunny side with a small garden corner).
1 bedroom with a box-spring bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m (with a full-length mattress). One bathroom with a spacious shower, hair dryer, and washing machine.
All rooms feature insect screens and pleated blinds, as well as tile or cork flooring.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
In the living room, you can relax in a comfortable TV armchair with a footstool. A reading nook, satellite TV, and a radio are available.
The storage room contains a vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, a clothes rack, and a handy shopping cart, which makes it easy to carry all your purchases from the numerous supermarkets and stores within walking distance.
