About this house rental
Our 4-bedroom vacation home is ideal for up to 6 people plus a baby or toddler. It is spacious, modern, and, with its well-thought-out amenities, is particularly well-suited to the needs and requirements of families.
There are 2 parking spaces right next to the house.
The yard is fenced in, and the garden gate is lockable.
The paved patio and yard face south and west. This allows you to enjoy the wonderful evening sun for hours. A stainless steel grill is available. For small children, there is a “Little Tikes” garden table.
The house is bright and spacious. We (the owners) have personally furnished it with care to create a cozy atmosphere. All windows are equipped with pleated blinds (inside) and insect screens (outside).
A washing machine is, of course, part of the high-quality amenities.
The kitchen is, of course, fully equipped with an oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, capsule machine, “Tassimo” machine, electric kettle, range hood, toaster, etc.
The rooms on the first floor and upper floor are tiled and equipped with underfloor heating. During the cold season, the elegant wood-burning stove with granite cladding radiates cozy warmth and creates a comfortable atmosphere. A large corner couch invites you to relax.
An internet connection, accessible via Wi-Fi, is available free of charge. A “Netflix” subscription is included.
All electrical outlets have built-in child safety covers.
The first bedroom on the upper floor features a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with two separate mattresses. The second bedroom on the first floor also features a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with two separate mattresses, a large closet, a small couch, and a children’s table.
The attic studio has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with two separate mattresses.
Please bring your own bed linens and towels (these can also be rented if desired)
Key pickup for the property takes place at the Zingst Room Exchange by 5:00 p.m.!
