About this house rental
The Baltic Sea is fun any time of year!
Relax in a lovingly and meticulously restored former Zingst cottage!
The thatched cottage was built around 1730 by the monks of Hiddensee Abbey. The vacation home is located in the center of Zingst in a quiet area right next to the fish market.
It’s a 5-minute walk to the beach and a 2-minute walk to the Edeka supermarket with a bakery.
The thatched roof provides natural insulation in winter and pleasant cooling in summer. During the transitional seasons, a wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth.
The first floor features an open living area, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. An antique oak dining table evokes the days of great-grandmother, and a wooden spiral staircase leads to the attic, where the double bed is located.
The vacation home features 200 square meters of outdoor space; in front of the house (on the south side) are the driveway and a paved path.
There is a terrace with patio furniture both in front of and behind the house (on the north side)—so you can always choose between sun and shade!
Pets are welcome.
Please bring your own bed linens and towels or rent them through the Zimmerbörse.
Key pickup takes place at the Zingst Room Exchange, Strandstraße 51, by 5:00 p.m.!
