The "Wellnessresidenz" at Störtebeker Strasse 7g, Apartment 3, is the perfect getaway for families, couples, or friends. This exclusively furnished 3-room apartment offers 56 m² of spacious living area for up to 3 people.
The living area features a plasma TV, an electric fireplace (manually operated), and an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and other amenities such as a microwave and coffee maker. The inviting dining area is perfect for relaxing and provides the ideal setting for shared meals.
One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has a single bed and a TV. The bathroom, finished in marble and granite, is equipped with a modern shower, and a makeup mirror provides additional comfort.
The entire apartment is a non-smoking property.
The highlight of the “Wellness Residence” is the spacious wellness area with a Finnish sauna, steam room, infrared sauna, and relaxation area.
The apartment’s outdoor area features two terraces (facing southeast and southwest), where you can enjoy the sun on the provided lounge chairs. A parasol provides pleasant shade and ensures that you’ll feel comfortable even in warm temperatures. The patio furniture invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors.
Private parking space No. 3 in the underground garage (height: 2.10 m), a laundry room, and a bike storage room are available to our guests.
