About this apartment rental
Our farm has been family-owned for generations. We live, work, and grow alongside our animals, creating a little paradise together. Vacation Apartments 2 and 3 are located in the vacation home, which was newly built in 2024, and offer an unforgettable panoramic view that invites you to go hiking and/or simply relax and enjoy the scenery. Both the balcony and the terrace of these vacation apartments offer a magnificent view across our farm to the König Watzmann, the Steinberg, the Hochkalter, and the Reiter Alpe. It’s the perfect place to unwind and, in the summer, enjoy the company of grazing cattle and goats. It feels just like being on an alpine pasture!! Of course, spring, fall, and winter also offer unforgettable, beautiful experiences.
In the photo gallery, you’ll find our breakfast selection. This breakfast basket will be waiting for you in the refrigerator upon arrival for an additional charge of 25 EUR. Please contact us at least 3 days before your arrival if you’d like to take advantage of this offer.
From May through October, we host a sales afternoon in our “Feldkasten” on the second Friday of every month in collaboration with our regional association “Heimisch und Fair.” You can find more detailed information about dates, products, and the historic farmhouse “Feldkasten” on our website. We also ask for your understanding that check-in and check-out are not possible on these days.
The vacation home is an outbuilding on our farm; the parking lot for it is located in front of the main building at Alpenstraße 50. From there, it’s about a 20-meter walk to the vacation home. To make your arrival and departure as pleasant as possible, we’re happy to help carry your luggage if needed.
The cozy, 50-square-meter apartment offers plenty of space to relax. On the lovingly designed terrace, you can enjoy the sun and the company of our cattle and goats as they graze in the summer. The kitchen area is fully equipped; in addition to the dishwasher, you’ll find a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and an egg cooker. There is plenty of cookware and tableware, and we’ve provided dish soap, sponges, and dish towels to help you clean up afterward. Two TVs are available—one in the bedroom and one in the living-dining area. In the spacious living area, you’ll also find a cozy sofa that can be pulled out into a sofa bed if needed. Depending on your mood, you’ll find a suitable dining area both indoors and outdoors. Pets—whether dogs or cats—are also warmly welcome here and are generally free of charge. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available.
