About this villa rental
A stunning single-family villa located in the foothills of Camaiore, just a few minutes’ drive from the beaches of Versilia and various tourist attractions. The house is spread over three floors: The first floor features a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, and dining area. Between the first floor and the first floor is a full bathroom with a shower. The first floor features one master bedroom and one twin bedroom. The second floor features two master bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The charming panoramic terrace, equipped with a table and chairs, a barbecue, wicker outdoor furniture, and lounge chairs, allows guests to relax and enjoy a meal immersed in the tranquility of the surrounding nature while taking in a breathtaking view of the sea. The above-ground pool offers guests the chance to cool off under the Tuscan sun. Private parking is available on the property. To reach the house, you’ll need to drive along an unpaved road for approximately 30 meters. Utilities (water, electricity, and gas) and internet access are included. A final cleaning fee of 120.00 euros is due upon arrival. During the winter months, heating costs will be calculated and charged as needed. Charging electric vehicles at the house is not permitted. A security deposit of 400 euros is due in cash upon arrival. The municipality of Camaiore charges a tourist tax: 1.50 euros per person per day (up to a maximum of 7 days) from June 1 through September 30. Children under 14 are exempt. The amount is to be paid in cash upon arrival.

We liked the house and location, altough a little to far away from the sea. No air con, that was not a problem since we aleays has a nice breeze in the afternoon and evening. The host was always very helpful if we had any questions, all in all a nice house and location.
