Located upstairs in a historic downtown building, this spacious apartment features two separate bedrooms, a full kitchen, in-suite laundry and a dedicated workspace. It's a comfortable home base for a few nights, a workweek or several weeks.

🔑 Easy Self Check-In

Arrive on your own schedule with convenient keypad entry. Your personalized access code will be provided before arrival.



🏠 Your Own Private Space

The entire apartment is yours to enjoy, including two bedrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, bathroom, in-suite laundry and private balcony. There are no shared interior spaces.



🪜 Upstairs Access

Suite 30 is located on the upper floor and is accessed by a covered outdoor staircase separate from other guest living areas. Please consider the stairs when travelling with mobility limitations, heavy luggage or young children.



🚗 Complimentary Parking

One on-site parking space is included with your stay.



🅿️ Additional Parking

Need space for another vehicle? Additional parking may be available for $15 per night, plus HST. Please arrange this in advance.



🌿 Private Balcony

The upper-level balcony is set up exclusively for Suite 30 guests. It offers additional outdoor space when weather permits.



🚶 Shared Outdoor Walkway

The covered, gated patio walkway with access between the parking lot and Victoria Avenue is a shared space. You're welcome to use it when coming and going, but please avoid gathering near the entrance to the suite below to respect other guests' privacy.



The Neighborhood:

You are in the heart of Belleville, but on a quiet section of the street with a church on one side and a hair salon on the other (also run by your host Sharon). Being in the centre of it all puts you close to just about everything you could want to do in the area, including visiting wineries, breweries, galleries and the local waterfront and beaches.



Getting Around:

Check out the welcome book and my website for more details on the surrounding area (so much good stuff nearby!) but just know that you are in the heart of it all and close to everything! We have free parking, are on a transit route and are within walking distance to the Riverfront trail and Downtown District shops, galleries and restaurants. We are close to the hospital, the industrial park, Zwicks park, the Wellness Centre, the YMCA, the Trenton Air Base and Museum. Prince Edward County is just across the bridge over the beautiful Bay of Quinte and is a hub for all kinds of other awesome things to do!

🕓 Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Enjoy convenient self-check-in with your personalized keypad code, sent before arrival.



🪜 Stairs & Accessibility

Suite 30 is located upstairs and is accessed by an indoor staircase. Please consider this when travelling with mobility limitations, heavy luggage or young children, especially during winter.



🚗 Parking

One complimentary on-site parking space is included. Additional parking may be available for $15 per night, plus HST. Please arrange extra parking in advance.



🐾 Travelling with Pets?

Well-behaved pets are welcome! A $75 pet fee plus HST applies per stay. Please include your pet when booking and be considerate of our property and neighbours.



An upcycled dog crate is available inside the apartment for your convenience.



👶 Travelling with Little Ones?

Family equipment is available to rent, including a Pack 'n Play and high chair. Please request equipment in advance and confirm availability.



🌿 Private Balcony

The upper-level balcony is exclusively for Suite 30 guests. During colder months, snow and winter weather may limit its use.



🚶 Shared Outdoor Walkway

The gated walkway below connects the parking lot and Victoria Avenue. Other guests may use this area, so please respect the privacy of the suite located beside it.



🔈 Sounds of a Historic Building

Suite 30 is located in a historic downtown building. You may occasionally hear everyday sounds from neighbouring suites or surrounding downtown activity.



🤫 Quiet Hours

To respect our neighbours and other guests, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
