Second stay at the venue

The host, Joe was friendly and kept the property in great order every day. The property was a short drive to the shopping centre, huskisson and surrounding beaches. The area was quiet.

It was good for a night away

Property was excellent clean and had what we needed for a one night stay

Owner demanded an extra $500 on arrival by cutting power and threatening eviction, then kept our $700

none.

Upon arrival, the owner turned off the electricity and demanded an extra $500 for additional guests, threatening eviction if we did not pay. We paid the $500 under duress. He is now attempting to retain the full $700 security deposit [$300 + $400] with no justification, despite the property being left clean.
