About this apartment rental
An elegant and very cozy 40-square-meter apartment in Jesolo Lido, located at the Residence Santa Fè on the second floor, with a garden and pool, 80 meters from the beach, equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an induction cooktop, and a microwave. 🌸. 🥰🩷Jesolo - Emma- Good morning!
I’m sending you instructions for self-check-in:
-Check-in is at 6:00 PM, but I’ll send you a message as soon as it’s ready for you.
-Parking is free, open, and reserved for guests of Residence Santa Fè, subject to availability. It’s located in the back, on the street parallel to the main entrance.
If those spots are taken, there’s an alternative paid parking lot also at the back, 200 meters ahead on the left.
-The pedestrian zone is in effect from 19.00-6.00.
-LThe apartment’s address is Via Altinate No. 89 in Jesolo Lido, at the Residence Santa Fè.
-The keys are at the front desk. The caretaker’s name is Mr. Cirillo. After picking up the keys, continue on: the building is the one just past the pool on the left; it’s on the second floor, apartment no. 231.
-When you arrive, I’ll need a photo of each of your IDs for registration with the police station and the Jesolo municipal office; you can send them to me via the website
. I’ll also need the tourist tax (€1 per person per night), which can be paid at checkout.
-Here are your keys:
-The key to the front door, the key to the second-floor apartment, and the parking garage remote control.
-For anything related to the building, please contact the caretaker: Mr. Cirillo.
-The pool is supervised by Mr. Felice. The pool hours are from 9.30-13.00 and from 16.00-20.00.
-Ithe building superintendent, Mr. Cirillo, will show you to your reserved beach umbrella.
-One last thing to keep in mind: the apartment has a 4.5-kilowatt power supply, so my advice is not to turn on all the appliances at the same time (induction cooktop, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, air conditioner, water heater…). If the power goes out, you’ll need to go downstairs because the meters are located in the basement below the apartment and are numbered 231.
So, in short, when you’re using the induction cooktop, you can’t use the air conditioner or the washing machine.
-Check-out is by 12:00 PM, and by that time you must vacate your beach spot and return the keys to the concierge, Cirillo, at the front desk.
