About this house rental
Beautiful two-story stone house, fully renovated, with 140 m² of living space, featuring a pool (8x4), a large covered patio, a garden, and parking space.
We’re offering our family home (3 bedrooms) for your vacation in the heart of the village of Jonquières-Saint-Vincent, at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet neighborhood.

PLEASE NOTE:
The house is ideally suited for a family. It can accommodate up to 4 adults (+ children)
The house features the following on the first floor:
- A spacious entryway
- A large, fully equipped kitchen-dining room with a picture window overlooking the garden
- A small, comfortable living room (sofa, TV, fireplace)
- A laundry room with a washing machine and a second refrigerator
- A half-bath with a sink
On the first floor:
- A master suite with its own bathroom and a large walk-in closet (180-bed)
- A second large bedroom (160-cm bed)
- A third children’s bedroom (single children’s bed—160 cm long) + crib
- A second bathroom with a toilet
Outdoors:
- A shaded patio with comfortable patio furniture, a table for 6 people, barbecue
- A sunny relaxation area (gravel patio) with a small garden table, stone fountain, and a large fig tree
- Pool area (8x4) with a pool bench, a sloped bottom, and a 60m² travertine terrace
- A garden area
- A parking area that can accommodate 2 cars

Sheets and towels provided
Mosquito screens on all windows except the large glass door on the first floor
An air conditioner in the master bedroom (the first floor of the house stays fairly cool in the summer)
For the kids:
Outside: trampoline, playhouse, small bikes
Inside: high chair, crib, infant bouncer, changing table…
(We have a 7-year-old daughter and a 2-year-old baby, so you’ll find the appropriate equipment and toys.)
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is not suitable for people who want to throw parties or who are in the habit of playing loud music late at night.
SWIMMING POOL and child safety
8m x 4m, with steps and a pool bench, sloped bottom (max depth 1.60)
The pool is equipped with a sliding dome, so the water temperature remains comfortable even in wind or rain.
The dome slides open and closed simply by pushing it by hand (it’s really very easy and effortless)
Two small locking mechanisms allow you to secure it if desired for maximum safety around children.
Note that a child-proof gate can also secure access to the pool from the house

RENTALS IN APRIL/MAY/JUNE: The pool is operational. Whether you can swim depends entirely on the weather: the dome heats the water quickly, so if the sun is out, swimming is possible. However, this is not a heated pool, so we cannot guarantee a comfortable water temperature.
JULY/AUGUST RENTALS: Saturday to Saturday only
€1,000 security deposit required

Guests have access to the entire property, which is completely private.
