Just what you need and nothing extra. The rooms are small but nicely decorated. Clean and comfortable beds.

An unusual experience for a hotel stay--no checkin desk, no staff on hand...more like staying at someone's house—but a nice one. You receive a code number by text on the day of your arrival and that's how you get into the hotel and into your room. Rooms are nice and clean and they have a TV. You have to find your own parking but there are plenty of places around. We paid $45 a night to park. Guess that'a Philly. The location is great, in old Philadelphia, right across from Independence Park, which is beautiful in itself and also is the site of famous buildings where the Declaration of Independence was signed...the first bank...and other historic buildings. Cobblestone streets. You do get the feeling of the history and the Revolutionary War Museum is right across the street. It's like someone gave you the key to their house and said "Have a nice stay."

Room was great! Heated floors in the bathroom, automatic and heated toilet, and the Bluetooth speakers were great!
