The location is unbeatable, almost comical how close it is. We were minutes from St. Peter's Square and Castel Sant'Angelo, the kind of walking distance that makes you feel smug every time you check a map. The flat has real character too: high ceilings, double aspect light, and a lovely internal courtyard view that made us feel like Roman locals rather than tourists dragging suitcases through cobblestones.
Speaking of suitcases, the lift was a genuine lifesaver for our heavy luggage, no awkward stair wrestling required. Our host was fantastic: attentive, quick to respond, and took real time to help us settle in, even sharing local tips that made the rest of our stay better.
One letdown kept this from being a perfect stay. There was a persistent sewage smell from the bathroom, strong enough that we kept the door shut at all times to stop it drifting into the rest of the flat. It did not ruin the trip, but it is worth fixing for future guests.

The location was fantastic! We loved being able to walk to St Peter’s basilica and Vatican City within minutes. We loved the street Borgo Pio that was blocked off to cars but had many wonderful restaurants, gelato shops, souvenir shops and markets with fruit. We loved being able to open the windows but drying clothes outside was nearly impossible - you could squeeze the drying rack out the door but the door couldn’t close.
It was small! The bathroom stank; we weren’t sure if it was the city water or the container that holds the next batch of toilet flushing water but if left for a day of sightseeing, it always smelled horrible when we returned. With one bathroom for the whole apartment, it was a challenge. The two beds in one room was awkward and the pull out couch was always in the way. There was an attic or loft that had a curtain pulled around it and our kids thought it was creepy. There were only 4 chairs for the 5 of us. There were plenty of bath towels but not enough for the kitchen and no paper towels or napkins for eating in the house. There were plenty of plates, cups and we enjoyed the Nespresso and gift basket.

Z całego serca polecam to mieszkanie! ❤️ Świetna lokalizacja – blisko Placu św. Piotra, urokliwych włoskich kawiarenek i niedaleko stacji metra, dzięki czemu zwiedzanie Rzymu jest bardzo wygodne. Samo mieszkanie jest przytulne, czyste i urządzone w typowo włoskim stylu, co pozwala poczuć prawdziwy klimat tego pięknego miasta. Ogromnym atutem jest również przemiła właścicielka, bardzo życzliwa i pomocna. To idealne miejsce na pobyt w Rzymie! Z przyjemnością wróciłabym tu ponownie

Fantastic central location
Electric cables hanging out the walls and a few sockets don’t work and are lose which is very unsafe for anyone with children, stains on walls from air conditioning unit, bathroom fittings lose. WiFi was terrible. Overall was ok but flat needs a bit of attention. Has the potential to be great place.
