Soggiorno deludente, tra disservizi, problemi di sicurezza e di disponibilità del’host per l’assiste

Esperienza molto negativa fin dal check-in. Sul sito l’orario indicato per il check-in era dalle 16:00 alle 20:00, ma il proprietario, dicendo di essere impegnato, non ha dato alcuna disponibilità in quella fascia oraria. Siamo stati costretti ad aspettare fino alle 19:30 per poter entrare. Non è accettabile indicare un orario e poi non rispettarlo. All’arrivo, il signor José ci ha accompagnati in appartamento presentandosi con i teli da doccia in una busta e le lenzuola in un’altra. Il letto non era fatto: abbiamo dovuto farcelo da soli. Non è certo il tipo di accoglienza che ci si aspetta. Subito dopo abbiamo provato a fare una doccia, ma l’acqua calda non funzionava. Anche il phon dava problemi (fortunatamente solo temporanei). Durante il primo giorno abbiamo inoltre visto diversi scarafaggi muoversi nella struttura. Altro problema grave: la porta finestra del balcone, che è comunicante con altri appartamenti, non aveva una chiusura sicura. Era possibile aprirla dall’esterno anche quando veniva chiusa dall’interno. Questo ci ha fatto sentire insicuri nel lasciare in casa oggetti di valore come macchine fotografiche, documenti, drone e altri accessori. Abbiamo provato a contattare il proprietario per segnalare tutti questi disagi, ma non è stato disponibile né a rispondere né a trovare una soluzione concreta. A quel punto abbiamo contattato Booking per chiedere un rimborso e cambiare struttura. Poiché la politica prevede che il proprietario debba autorizzare il rimborso completo, siamo stati accusati di aver mentito e il rimborso non ci è stato concesso. Siamo stati quindi costretti a rimanere per sette giorni in queste condizioni. Tutti i problemi sono stati fotografati, registrati e segnalati a Booking, ma nonostante questo non abbiamo ricevuto alcun supporto reale. Esperienza deludente sotto ogni punto di vista: organizzazione, pulizia, sicurezza e assistenza clienti. Non lo consigliamo.

Essen, Kaffee trinken, spülen, waschen und auf dem Balkon sitzen sollte man woanders.

Gutes, recht neues Badezimmer. Bett ist bequem. Gute Lage mitten in Adeje.

Geschirr und Geschirrschrank waren nicht sauber und hatten "dauerhafte Flecken". Billige, einfache Filterkaffeemaschine. Leider keine großen Kaffeetassen vorhanden. Wenig Besteck. Zum Geschirr abtrocknen gibt es genau EIN ca. 20x20cm großes Handtuch. Uralte Waschmaschine ohne erkennbares Schleuderprogramm. Kein Problem, denn zum Wäsche aufhängen stehen exakt 7 Wäscheklammern zur Verfügung. Balkon ist vorhanden, leider ohne Stühle und Tisch, daher nur zum Wäsche aufhängen zu gebrauchen. Kontakt zum Vermieter: Vereinbarte Ankunft war 16h. Als ich ihm um 14h schrieb, ich sei bereits vor Ort kam die Antwort "ich melde mich", was leider nicht passierte. Als ich ihn um 16h anrief meinte er "ich esse gerade". Gegen 16.30 konnte ich das Apartment dann beziehen. Auf mein kommentarloses Foto von unsauberem Geschirr im unsauberen Schrank kam keine Antwort des Vermieters.

Wohnung in guter Lage mit einigen Abstrichen

- Lage war gut und ruhig - Wohnung ist groß und wie abgebildet - Küche hatte einen Backofen

- Ausstattung der Küche war dürftig (hatten selbst Messer dabei auf Grund anderer Bewertungen und Schneidebretter noch gekauft), der Kühlschrank war nicht geputzt - vorhandene Waschmaschine ist nur bedingt funktionsfähig (wir haben danach die Wäsche per Hand ausgewrungen - unabhängig vom Waschprogramm) - Stromausfall für 10 Stunden; zum Glück hat der Nachbar mit einem Verlängerungskabel ausgeholfen; der Vermieter hat trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme sich nicht zurückgemeldet, sondern einen Nachbarn vorgeschickt der aber das Problem auch nicht beheben konnte; der zweimal angekündigte Elektriker kam ebenfalls nicht. Das Problem konnte dann gelöst werden als nach 9 Stunden der Vermieter persönlich erschien und dann mit dem Stromanbieter telefoniert hat.
