Hôtel très cocooning très agréable
Juste l’emplacement qui est à revoir ou une navette spécial pour venir récupérer les clients car 40 min de route en bus et des zigzag en montagne

The staff were sweet and friendly and made sure our honeymoon was excellent! We had two 50 min onsen slots, which was clean and romantic. The breakfast was a choice between Japanese and western styles, obviously we picked the Japanese breakfast. The location was remote and away from tourists, but still on the Hakone loop. Before check in, they sent transportation instructions by bus and rope way, which was helpful! We had a head start getting to the pirate ship since we weren’t coming from Gora or Hakone Yumoto which gave us the chance to seen Mt. Fuji in the morning before the clouds moved in. Beds were cozy and plenty of space! Public showers were a nice plus after a hot and sweaty day.

朝食は量もあり美味しく、ペット同伴可でペットも過ごしやすい環境でした。
駄菓子やおみくじサービスの意外性や、アメニティも充実してたと思います。
マットレスが柔らかく薄い気がした。テレビが見れなく、wifiはあるが携帯の電波も悪い場所でした。
部屋でエアコンつけていたが乾燥が凄かった。

I liked the breakfast. Bathroom was clean. Good amenities in the room.
I was surprised that pets were allowed as I didn't see that come up in any of the booking sites. The room smelled musty and the tatami was ruined just below the air-con. The carpet also seemed worn out. And though the private onsen was relaxing again it wasn't that clean and had a bit of a smell.
