Maybe ok if you're staying by yourself for a couple of days

Location is pretty good

The apartment is located on the ground floor and has large windows facing the street. There are only curtains for privacy, which do not provide adequate protection from people walking past. As a result, the apartment is quite noisy and it feels uncomfortable and unpleasant to sleep there. Furthermore, we were told that the apartment was suitable for three people, which is honestly unacceptable. There is only a 140 cm bed, which is difficult for two people to share comfortably, and an extremely dirty and very uncomfortable sofa bed. There are also several other problems. The shower is overflowing, there is an ant infestation, and the internet only started working after we took care of the issue ourselves. We received very little help from the host regarding these problems. Additionally, the Smart TV in the apartment had a list containing a very large number of gay pornographic videos, which was extremely inappropriate and disturbing to find in a rented apartment. Given the condition of the apartment and the fact that the windows are directly exposed to people passing by, I honestly do not even want to think about what may have happened in this apartment before.

Our stay in the apartment in Madrid was simply uncomfortable — unless you’re very good at DIY repairs, it can even be a nightmare. We didn’t have any issues with check-in only because we happened to find the cleaning staff still there. According to the confirmation email, we were assigned flat 4, but the crew took us to flat 5. Had we arrived any later and not found them by coincidence, that would have turned into quite an adventure. We booked for three people, but the flat was prepared for only two. Only one double bed was made, and the sofa bed — which we had clearly specified we would need (and which should be obvious for a three-person booking) — was not prepared. On top of that, there weren’t enough sheets provided. The first night, the heating stopped working, and we couldn’t figure it out. As a result, our first night was sleepless and freezing. In the morning, I reported the issue along with the lack of sheets and the fact that we were left with only half a toilet roll for three people over four nights, which is unacceptable. The management replied that they would take care of it, but by the time I flew back home, nothing had been done. There was also no Wi-Fi during our entire stay. When I contacted the hosts about it, their response was to tell me to “check the router myself,” as if I were the technician. Needless to say, this was not the level of service one expects from a paid accommodation. The furniture is almost non-existent. In the bedroom, there’s nowhere to put clothes — no shelves, no drawers, just a metal pipe structure with two hangers. The bathroom also lacks any place to hang towels, toilet paper, or toiletries, and there’s always a puddle on the floor after every shower. In the kitchen/living area, once you open the sofa bed, there’s literally no room left to move. The apartment is advertised to host four people, but that’s only if they take turns being inside — there were only two chairs, after all.

Avoid !!

Avoid this agency! We had a problem with the digital door on our 3rd day, the interface not working anymore. No one answered our call or our messages on Whatsapp even though they said they are reachable at any time. In the end we had to stay in another place as we received no assistance. It is absolutely unacceptable.

El departamento es lindo y moderno.

La atención del dueño o encargado muy irrespetuosa hacia nosotros. El código de acceso q nos dio era incorrecto, lo llame y escribí reiteradamente y no me contestaba las llamadas y recien me mando el código bien 1 hora despues de estar esperando en la puerta. Después de esperar 1 hora afuera entramos y el código de WiFi tambien era incorrecto. El departamento estaba sucio, le faltaba limpieza.
