Stayed in Suite 4 which has lovely, private outside space, comfortable bed, great location. Bazaar supermarket 1 min away. Quiet. Can leave your bags at Spot hotel if have late checkouts.
WiFi didn't work the whole 3 nights we were there. Another couple staying there said the same. The wall box just flashed red despite being unplugged and restarted several times. Owner said the company said it was fine and there was nothing more they could do. So I had to buy more data.
Shower sliding doors do not close properly.
Stray black cat almost always laying right outside the door so couldn't leave it open.

Great location , with lots of good restaurants and small supermarket close.
Suite was modern, clean and very well presented
If you have large cases Elia should arrange buggy transfer from the wall gates.

The property was located in the heart of old town but far enough away to be quiet.
We stayed in apartment 1 which was very close to the entry / reception and was very noisy at all hours which interrupted our sleep.
