Location and room facilities.
The window in my room cannot be locked, which makes me feel uncomfortable. The noise from the main road outside also makes it difficult to rest. Despite informing the staff, nothing has been done to address or fix the issue.

The view of the room is good. Cleanliness is very good. The size of the room is good for the price. From the guard, receptionist and room attendants very accommodating, kind and courteous and very attentive for the our concerns
