Not good. All we wanted was a clean room

The property building is nice but not the room we got. It was dirty, dirty floors shower tub walls they only made bed and toilet paper

Very disappointing and not as advertised I booked this property through Booking.com expecting a hotel, but when we arrived, we discovered that it was actually a private room in what appeared to be an Airbnb-style property. The condition was unacceptable. The room was filthy, the floors were dirty, and the overall cleanliness was nowhere near what we expected or what was advertised. We even paid for early check-in, but the condition of the room was so bad that we could not stay there. We had to leave and pay for another hotel instead. What made the experience even more frustrating was that we were not refunded for the first night, even though we were unable to stay because of the condition of the property. I would not recommend this place. If you are booking through Booking.com, I strongly recommend making sure you fully understand what type of accommodation you are actually booking and carefully checking recent reviews before paying.

Checkin was unusual, but the room and property are classic, well maintained, and overall very nice.

Someone met me to give me the keys. They seemed pretty responsive through the booking.com app via the emails.

It was kind of confusing. They sort of explain in a pile of emails they send you before you arrive that you need to get the keys from the "team". You can't get them at the hotel front desk, and so although you are staying at the hotel, you somehow aren't really a hotel guest. No room service daily, unless you want to pay extra, I'm not sure who or how you even get some more towels.

Ver spacious room. Great view of the pool ocean and the bay. Will be returning.

The owners suites were very quiet compared to the hotel side. That’s what we preferred.

It was just right for my family.
