We had a great time & it was nice to relax in after we needed a break from being outside.

Great location for price. It was comfortable with AC & beds were comfortable! Bathroom is a great size! All of the amenities! We loved that it was stocked with everything for the beach! It is a quiet complex. There may not be a great view, but we actually liked that it was private. Couldn’t see any neighbors in the back.

It was good until it wasn't

..

Don't waste your time with this unit. The digital pad did not lock on our last day. I called MyPerfect Stays to address the issue. I was told a tech would arrive in one hour. Accounting for traffic, the tech showed two hours later. He thought it may be due to a malfunctioning battery. He stepped out to pick up a new set of batteries. That did not work. I was told he would contact a mobile lock smith to come by with the hopes of making a physical key. Two hours later, no update. I called the MyPerfect Stays and was then told a new digital key pad was ordered and would not be installed until the next morning [our last day in Maui]. When asked what time, I was told they found a tech for later that evening. Being told to leave the door unlocked with the hopes of a tech to swing did not make the situation any better, along with our valuables in the condo! What was most disappointing is that I was not provided updates along the way. My phone calls went unanswered towards the end. However, I did receive responses to my text messages. Poor customer service on that part in my opinion. One should not have to work this hard on a vacation. The entire ordeal cost me an entire day, resulting in me missing my nieces 10th birthday brunch and dinner. The entire ordeal went from 10am to 6pm. When asked for a fair compensation, with the above scenario, I was only offered $100 - a slap in the face considering I booked two rooms for a total of $4k! I requested compensation equivalent to a day lost while waiting for a new key pad to be installed. I've requested booking.com and the hosting property management company to do right with this situation. Let's see if they come through!
