Absolutely beautiful apartment with stunning views out onto a staircase with river views. Super comfy bed, good storage spaces. Friendly hosts communicate remotely but all is clear and laid out for you to check in and out easily.
Lack of accessible plug sockets - none of the lamps were plugged in and we couldn't find/reach the sockets to turn them on without moving large furniture. This meant our evening lighting options were not very ideal, and had to place our phones in far corners to charge - but no huge deal! Additionally, the design of the shower was also not ideal - there were sizeable gaps between the glass panes (by design) that meant we always had to mop up leaked water after showering. Neither of things hindered our experience or trip overall. But plugging in the lamps for other guests would be a nice minor improvement!

The host was very nice, the place was very clean, and the location is perfect! There are lots of steps, but that is everywhere in Porto- if anything, the location made it less of a workout to get down to the water and back.
The door handle looked a bit broken, and there was a lack of toilet paper that took a couple of days to fix, but nothing that was unmanageable or that hurt the trip.
