The room and the location were great.

il carattere storico della Masseria. molto bella. abbiamo fatto anche la SPA ed è stata una piacevole esperienza.
Siamo stati avvisati con un semplice whatsapp di un evento presso la Masseria con musica alta che si è protratto fino alle 2 notte con conseguenze molto negative per il soggiorno. In quest'occasione c'è stata una cattiva gestione del cliente.

Mooie kamer en badkamer. Mooi complex incl tuin dat vooral voor bruiloften en feesten wordt gebruikt. In leuk dorpje met goede restaurants.
Contact met receptie was moeizaam, klein zwembad. Slechte tot geen wifi.

Il vigneto nel quale ai trova la struttura è molto bello e tranquillo. Colazione di buona qualità, sebbene non di ampissima scelta.
La struttura ha ampi margini di miglioramento. Il personale è poco e poco formato, considerata la categoria dell'hotel. Al nostro arrivo ci sono state date informazioni sommarie. La piscina è minuscola, assolutamente non come sembra in foto. La camera necessita di manutenzione: il lavandino del bagno è stato otturato completamente durante tutto il nostro soggiorno e ci siamo dovuti lavare i denti nella vasca per 3 giorni,nonostante lo avessimo comunicato. Manca uno specchio in camera, letti che cigolano. La Spa è il più grande disappunto: al nostro arrivo è chiusa, chiediamo di poterla almeno vedere e ci viene risposto che non si può. Scopriamo solo sul posto che è a pagamento (25 euro a testa per una sola ora), mentre nella descrizione della struttura questa cosa non era minimamente menzionata. Una grande delusione, non ci tornerei assolutamente.
