The rooms were really nice and clean with a beautiful view of the beach. The staff were wonderful and kind. The included breakfast was delicious with traditional and western options. Free laundry facilities were much needed.
I wished for a private bathroom at times but that’s no big deal to me.

Everything of the property is fine except that rooms are too tiny, clostophobic and without any ventilation. Potential risk of CO buildup . No chairs tables to sit .

Great location in terms of Beach front and sunsets! The main road is not far and easy to catch buses etc. Nice showers, and we were able to do our laundry. Easy access to food with the cafe being attached to the hostel/pod. Staff was pretty friendly although not very talkative or inquiring so this stay was very impersonal. The cafe is the primary focus and the lodge is secondary. I found the bottom bunk mattress hard and uncomfortable but my cohort in the top double bunk found hers comfortable.
Realistically the lodging is a glorified shoebox and not what we were expecting. There is not much standing room or place to relax within the room as it is absolutely tiny. Think of it as a pod and you will be satisfied but think of it as a normal hostel or hotel and you will be disappointed. The road between the beach and lodge is busy and the overall quarters are tight.
