We definitely recommend this hotel. The staff was amazing and always helpful. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi was a little glitchy, but everything was top-notch and excellent.!

Great location, lovely quiet hotel, staff very helpful, would stay again. Only negatives, I stayed in a king skyline and it was a bit small for 3 people, also the wifi kept going off.

The location of the Luma Hotel is excellent if you want to be near Times Square. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Overall, we had a great stay.
