We booked the Heitzmann but were given a room in the neighbouring property Two Timez. It was fabulous. Spacious, very clean, lots of space for luggage. Heated floor in bathroom and Aircon.
Brilliant location right in the centre of Zell am See

Great stay!

This hotel is in a great location, a few minutes walk to the lake and near to the bus station and several bars and restaurants. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The views from the roof top bar are stunning and you can purchase alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks from the vending machine. My only issue was the room we booked for 3 adults was a little small and it didn’t have enough storage for 3 people staying for a week.
