Very comfortable bed. Excellent buffet breakfast. Staff dealt with a couple of issues very quickly. Great location for Carolina Park and shopping/ restaurants.
Receptionist did not accept a photocopy of my ID, so need to have more ID

The staff at the hotel were warm and incredibly helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet always had a great variety of options. There was always excellent security on duty around the clock. It is the only place I will consider staying at if I head back that way.

The location of this hotel was even better than what we previously read, across the street from Quicentro Mall, next to a drugstore, right on the Shyris Avenue with easy access to Uber and Taxi. You are a two minute walk from the Double-Decker Quito Tour Bus departure and arrival Stop, the Quito Subway and many bus stops located at the Naciones Unidas main avenue, and within a short walk of the famous Parque La Carolina. On top of this wonderful location, the hotel was clean, the food at the breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options, the rooms are clean with sound proof windows and the beds are extremely comfortable. But what separates this hotel from the rest is their friendly staff. From Alexandra and Karen at the dinning area to René and José Luis at the bell service they all went above and beyond. One more thing, even though we felt completely safe walking around the neighborhood before midnight, the hotel has a 24/7 armed security guard at the entrance. We will definitely stay here again.
