We thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Sails at Asakusa! The staff were super helpful and friendly. The room was clean, spacious and staff prepared a guide for all their amenities that was translated for easy understanding. We loved the area due to easy access to bus and the great walking areas in Asakusa! We totally recommend this hotel!

For our first visit to Japan on a girls trip, 3 of us. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was large and we were able to layout full sized luggage’s. Bed and pillows were comfortable and we all had good rest each night we loved that there was a washer and dryer in the room which was wonderful. The dryer did take a very long time to dry. It would be faster to hang the laundry on the patio. Patio didn’t have a view but just walking out on it and experiencing the peacefulness of the surrounding area was amazing. Away from the crowds and only 8-10 min walk to Asakusa shopping, eating, temple and shrine, Iriya train station. Bus was super convenient and was a minute walk from the hotel. Two 24-hour grocery stores near by, 7-11 around the corner and a family mart.
We bought pastries and was able to fully use the kitchen to warm up our food, free coffee, toothbrush and toothpaste, pajamas, slippers. Room was cleaned every other day.
Con’s- dryer was drying so fast but definitely not a deal breaker.
I highly recommend this hotel and the next time we visit we will stay here.

The location of the hotel was great, 10 min walk to two different train stations. 20 minute walk to the sensoji temple and Nakamise Dori shopping street and so many eating spots! We will definitely stay at Hotel Sails again! The staff were amazing, so sweet and accommodating. I stayed here with my fiancé and two kids and it was comfortable for us!
