Having arrived with my wife, 80 year old mother and two teen children, we found there was no running water in the apartment when we got up in the morning. I went down to reception and they were not at all surprised. They said if people on lower floors are having showers, the water doesn’t always reach the penthouse! The lady at reception gave us keys to three other units on slightly lower floors so that we could use the showers there. We tried all three and had exactly the same issue. We had to move out and they agreed to a full refund. Unfortunately, six weeks and multiple emails later, they have still not been able to process the refund. I suspect we will have to take legal action to recover it. Avoid at all costs. Looks good but impossible to stay in!

Clean and great location for the price

5 / 10

Ideally located in Cape Town. Walking distance of Waterfront and city centre. Property was clean and tidy. Everything would need for a holiday break in an apartment. Good security and car parking available. Ideal having a restaurant on site to get breakfast or lunch but also loads of food options nearby.

5 / 10

Good location. Close to most of Cape Towns attractions. Many cafe's, bars and shopping close by. Nice spacious , modern new apartments. Free parking, with direct acces to apartment via elevator.
