I spent a week in Moncton and this was the perfect location for the event I attended at Avenir centre. It’s less than a 5min walk away. Also walking distance to restaurants and grocery store.
The room was clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable bed, lots of towels, and the kitchen was well equipped enough to prepare some simple meals. The snacks and drinks provided were very appreciated as well.
As others have mentioned, the couch is pretty uncomfortable. The porch light also stays on all night and can be pretty bright, so consider an eye mask. Neither of these things would prevent me from staying here again though. I actually appreciated that the area was well lit.
The enclosed patio is super cute and I spent a few evenings sitting outside enjoying the weather. I like that the patio has a gate that locks, too.
Self check in was simple, though I did have to google how to lock the front door as that wasn’t immediately obvious to me.
Overall, very good and I would recommend it.

It was good, although the sofa is terribly uncomfortable, you can feel the metal springs through it, I know why they chose it, stylish & trendy but it is cheap and uncomfortable! They should have instructions on how to operate the TV we could not figure it out! Other then the two negatives I spoke about it the room was great!

Great stay. I would recommend for anyone looking for a convenient spot just outside of the downtown core.
