The room was very clean. The space was adequate despite being small. Self check in and internet were very easy to access and use. The hotel is close to the train station and most of the sites we wanted to visit. We had a lovely visit in Lucerne.
AND the air conditioning in the room was great!

It was a little tricky to navigate the self check in but the room was nice.

We were 3 travelers with 3 rooms for 3 days. Check in and out was seamless. It was quiet, clean, beds were dreamy, location was great, but one feature stood out. Air conditioning! It was mid to high seventies outside but so comfortable in our rooms. How great it felt after a busy day. The two extra chairs in each room meant we could gather for a while, too. The refrigerator meant we could shop at the Coop and keep food fresh. All in all, the room had everything we needed and more.
