From the moment we checked in, the outstanding customer service set the tone for our entire trip. The front desk staff went completely above and beyond, greeting us by name, offering great local recommendations, and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Every single employee we encountered—from housekeeping to the lobby team—was incredibly warm, attentive, and professional.
The property itself is exceptional. Both the guest rooms and the public areas are kept absolutely pristine, with housekeeping doing a meticulous job every day. In addition to being exceptionally clean, the hotel boasts fantastic facilities. The fitness center is well-equipped and modern, the pool area feels like a private oasis.
