The service was first class. From the minute we arrived, Filipa made us feel as if we were the most important guests in the world. Super helpful, greeting us each morning with bottles of water to start our day, directions, reservations, etc. She and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Rooms were well appointed, incredibly clean with large bathrooms for a European hotel. Breakfast was included and everything was made fresh to order. We can't wait to go back!

I had such a nice day, the staff was excellent so accommodating and helpful with tips for the area and just accommodating and needs we had. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern but cozy. Excellent central location, we had a great stay.

The staff were truly very helpful. Can't say enough good things about them. The breakfast buffet offerings were also very good and extensive. The only downside was that the rooms (our room at least) were rather small.
