The front desk staff was super helpful and accommodating to non portugués speaking customers. Helped us order a pizza, held our luggage while we visited the Amazon for three days and they have a great user friendly laundromat next door to hotel.

Hotel lobby & accommodation were welcoming, clean, and with resort-like ambiance. Breakfast was sumptuous with healthy selections. We appreciate hotel staff’s efforts to make our stay pleasant & memorable. Especial mention with our thanks goes to helpful & friendly Bellmen- Everton and Gabriel. We enjoyed our stay!
