Even though the rooms were a little small they were very well equipped and very comfortable. They have everything we needed for our stay. We spent a very comfortable four nights at the hotel. We thought the breakfast was wonderful. Lots of choices if you like a Japanese breakfast. Helpful staff. Very useful to have a laundry as well we used the coin washing machines as we are travelling for over three weeks.

I was very pleased with the front desk. Staff who were always pleasant and extremely helpful whenever I needed a favor or whenever I had a question. One example is when we required a taxi that was large enough to carry five passengers plus all of the luggage; the wonderful person at the front desk who helped us stayed on the phone for several minutes until both the taxi company and we were satisfied. That is just one of the many things that we were very happy with.
The only disappointment we had was that we were never able to get reservations for the breakfast buffet nor for the lunch buffet; it was probably due to the fact that our requests where so last minute, but that was necessary because of the fact that we were so busy that it was difficult to find a day and a time when all of us were available.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff very welcoming, room was extremely clean, and they were able to keep 3 packages for me from a visit 5 days previously.
