If I didn't bring a car I would give this place full marks. There is not enough parking for all guests and the alternative is an open air carpark several minutes walk away. We got lucky though, but did have to pay $20 per night, not great when our original search filtered for included parking.
But, aside from that, the rooms are well laid out, clean, quiet and comfortable. Plenty of space and well kitted out. The staff were helpful. We also very much liked the location, the street has plenty of eateries and a supermarket, and looks good too. The front upper floors have a lovely view of St Joseph too. Finally, the subway is nearby.
So, in conclusion, keep fingers crossed if you have a car. If not, and the price and place appeals, I highly recommend it.

Room was clean and bed was great. Parking was a bit of a struggle due to the double parking but was able to manage with help of the staff.
