This was my first time staying at this hotel. From check-in to being escorted to the room, all the staff were excellent and very attentive. However, the next day when housekeeping came, I encountered the rudest housekeeper I have ever met. I greeted her with a smile and said “sawadee,” but she didn’t respond at all. She looked at me in a condescending way, spoke to me in a very unpleasant tone, and didn’t smile. I felt really upset because I have never experienced such poor manners from a housekeeper before. I hope the hotel will take this into consideration.

We traveled from Laos for a night in Udon and it's the first time we've stayed here since 10 years ago and we're still very pleased. The staff is super friendly and helpful, great food at a great price in the restaurant, and convenience to the shopping mall. Super nice and friendly check in reception. The room is clean and comfy for my wife and me.
We had dinner here and it's such good Thai food without the hassle of going outside. The breaky buffet is very good selection of high quality food for all your taste buds. And i was impressed with the good tast of the coffee from the machine; I did not expect that.
The only thing that's not clear and easy is the parking situation, next to the mall. I don't know how some cars get parked and other don't. but there is a parking lot behind the hotel that's just a 5 minute walk.
We look forward to the next visit.

Good accommodation in the middle of Udon Thani Close to entertainment and shopping. Nice spacy rooms, but cleaning could be improved. Breakfast time could be extended to 11.00AM as it is chaos when everyone wants to eat at the same time, but surely some manager should be aware of this? Overall a nice mid-range-plus hotel.
