Room and staff were excellent great location. It's surprisingly quiet when right next to the lake. Hannah Bling was excellent and helped us.

The staff were super kind and gave us a warm welcome everytime we came back. The hotel is also nearby the lake so it’s super close to everything!

The location was amazing and definitely great value for money, but the staff were what truly made our stay unforgettable. The service was impeccable, everyone was so friendly and helpful! We used both the laundry service and the airport transfer and we felt extremely well looked after.
