Overall I really liked it. It was quiet, clean and I felt comfortable. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve had for a nicely priced hotel. They had more than enough options and kept refilling during the entire breakfast

My family and I had a very nice stay at Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Nashville Near Vanderbilt.
A very special Thank You to Sandrecka at Front Reception who treated my family and I as valued guests and always ready to take care of any needs with extreme professionalism and courtesy. Her personality was a big factor in having a great experience at the hotel.
Other positives are: 1) breakfast had a good variety and well stocked, 2) housekeeping kept the hotel and rooms very clean, and 3) the coffee bar is a great amenity.
Room for improvement would be if the pool was heated as even though it was the middle of summer with temperatures in the 90's and high humidity, the pool was slightly "colder" than expected.
