I really like the location of the hotel. One thing I dislike is the slider door in the washrooms. They do not lock and it did not work properly. It would slide too far. Checkout is very nice and easy. Check in at this location always seems to be an issue. They seem to complicate things more than most hotels.

Our room was clean and upgraded. A bit of a mess around the hotel as renovations were still happening. Enjoyed the gym but missing a few weights. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We decided to go as a stay-cation. The rooms were clean and easy to book. I appreciated the online ability to pick the room ( when you book from hotels.com though you need to contact Hilton directly via their website to add your reservation).
The digital key was hit and miss so I would recommend still getting the physical key.
Only complaint (and I would not even call it that) is that the hot tub jets seem to struggle and getting the water to bubble so at times it does feel like your taking a bath rather than a hot tub experience. Overall though it worked out well and we enjoyed our visit. We will be back!
