We returned from the trip to Capadocia and stay in this hotel for the second time. Same as the first time, staff are very nice, polite and attentive. The hotel location is great, close to public transport, easy to reach tourist attractions. Breakfast is very good.

Liked: staff with good English and smiles. Zeki and cleaner Esma. LIked hot shower water.
Didn't like: calling for hot water to make a cup of tea or Çaykur branded tea bags (Liptons are better).
My wake up call was 30 minutes late, luckily I heard my phone alarm.
My room card cancelled on me 3 times. Annoying because I would go up and then have to go down again to reception.
