This hotel was so gorgeous and affordable. Everyone was so attentive at the front desk. We really loved how we were able to change before our room was ready and even texted us through WhatsApp when our rooms were ready. The most attentive one, was the night shift skinny guy, he was so funny and complemented how we looked every night when we went for dinner or a show. He was so nice (I forgot his name lol)
The only downside is that the rooms do NOT have impact windows which means you can hear it all from the busy street outside (cars, beeping, etc) However, rooms are huge and even have a balcony and small kitchen.
Hotel is so well located, closed to popular restaurants, and walking distance from grocery stores in case you want to buy snacks as gifts. There is also a spa/pool downstairs GORGEOUS, so cozy.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location was well situated in Palermo Soho, safe and walkable. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen, but it would be nice to have for longer stays. The staff was friendly. We would stay again.
