There is no single feature that stands out, meaning it is an excellent overall experience.
We got upgraded to a suite with stunning views out to the ocean.
The whole place is clean, well staffed and the level of service is impeccable.
The spa facilities were amongst the best we have ever visited.
If you want a truly relaxing break where the staff can’t do enough for you - this is the place!

Other than the GALÁXIA restaurant being told of a shellfish allergy and being served prawns in an appetizer, which caused an allergic reaction, it was a marvelous stay.

Everything about this hotel is top notch. The service was exceptional and we loved our corner pool suite. The location was great for us as we could walk along the harbour me close to town. Very clean and safe area.
