Great property, well maintained with, great staff who could not be more helpful.
Only area of potential improvement was to have access to staff outside the 9-5 timeframe, for an upper level boutique hotel would expect some access 24/7.

The biggest asset of this hotel is its staff, super helpful and friendly.
