Lovely setting!

The staff were very nice and charismatic. There were not a lot of people there which was nice in our opinion. Right in the beach. Beach chairs/beds and a pool right outside. We had our own little patio. There was a little thing of water next the stairs to the patio- I thought it was a bird bath- partner let me know it’s to wash the sand off your feet- simple but I really appreciated it. We always seen somebody cleaning in the distance. It’s walkable. It’s in a sort of gated part of Tulum. There’s restaurants within that space though. Parking was okay. There was a nice man in the parking lot who ushered us in (made it easier cause it was tight) and offered to help us with our bags. :)

The restaurant on site is excellent. They close at 6, so mostly breakfast, lunch or early dinner.
The beach bungalows are lovely and rustic. Try to get one with air conditioning. Not all have it.
You’re right on the soft sand beach with jungle behind the hotel. Walking distance to other wonderful hotels for food/drinks. The staff could not be nicer.
