We were disappointed that we had to pay extra, so the price ended up more expensive than a hotel room, but the location was fantastic for hiking.

The prices for a cottage is a scam!! Read the full listing. What they are hiding in the “read more” section in the very bottom is that bed sheets and towels are NOT included in the listing price. It added 305% to our price. And I don’t even care about the money, it’s just the whole thing of not making it transparent.

We only stayed for one night as we drove from Kjerag to Oslo. The cottage had everything we needed. There is an option to self clean the cottage. Otherwise it is extra for linens and cleaning which adds up to the cost of the place.
