Odd layout, rooms were clean but small. Charged for coffee which was odd.

The bathrooms are really cool frosted glass enclosures, but have a glass sliding barn-door that gives no privacy.
This is a minimalist hotel with no frills: no tv, no coffee-maker, no fridge, no dryer, no furniture, etc. Amenities are available in a shared lounge.
It was very clean and centrally-located.

Plenty of parking available on the street parking garage nearby. The rooms were clean but very sparse. No extras.

"Very clean, walking distance to the waterfront and a short ride to the airport. The lounge on the second floor is a great concept! Music was loud on the Saturday night, but we were for-warned. Excelle..."
