Clean hotel. Location great as close to Hiroshima station. At check in staff was very helpful but still appears to be a complicated process. Experienced similar issues at Osaka APA hotel so something systemic, nothing to do with staff who were very helpful.
Also, unless I missed something wifi only appears to work in your room.

The rooms are very small, but the location is convenient to most of the best transportation options. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful.
