We loved our stay at Hotel Omega!! Not only was the whole staff super helpful and friendly, but Bruno helped us navigate Amsterdam! As first timers to the Netherlands, we are so appreciative to Hotel Omega and Bruno! Their recommendations were spot on and we really enjoyed their friendly and superior service! We also loved the location!! It was close to the Van Gogh and other art museums!! The neighborhood restaurants were also "best of" -- great stay!!!!!

This hotel was perfect for our city break in Amsterdam. The location is ideal, close to the beautiful park and with a direct tram line that takes you straight into the main areas of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We didn't book breakfast, but the Trust Bar had plenty of snacks and drinks whenever we needed them. The garden area was also a lovely place to relax with a drink and a game of cards after a day of exploring. We'd happily stay here again.

The breakfast was out of this world, and the front desk staff explained how to get the most out of my stay.

Lovely stay in a very comfortable room. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Has a family feel. Excellent breakfast, with different options. Honesty bar is a great idea, no waiting for staff to return to serve.
