I had booked a twin room, but the front desk staff assigned me a room with a large double bed instead. When I went back to point out the mistake, I was told—to my surprise—that there were no twin rooms left; however, after I insisted, they did eventually switch me to a twin room. I consider this an act of irresponsibility and discrimination against me!
There was an issue with the room's cleanliness; after showering, I unwrapped my bath towel and a large clump of hair fell out—it was disgusting.
