The place is amazing. I don’t really think I should say more.

The property staff were extremely helpful and friendly. On the day we checked out they let us stay around the hotel to escape the heat and offered unlimited soft drinks and coffee. Very welcoming and homely

The property is a little difficult to find, but once there it doesn't disappoint . Very clean and tastefully decorated.
Rooms were like the others we stayed in during our stay in Italy , wouldn't say Wow , but clean and functional.
Check in is done via door access codes sent on day of arrival , so don't meet the staff at this point , but the staff at breakfast , were very friendly and helpful.
The buffet breakfast was lovely , we were disappointed that due to a early flight we didn't have time to fully utilise and enjoy , but a tasteful continental breakfast selection .
Leaning Tower of Pisa was a 20 mins walk
